How many consultations does it take to get results?

There is no fixed answer because it varies depending on the type of reason and the age of the disorder to be treated (a major or old disorder may require several sessions to be fully relieved).

In general, the treatment plan includes 1 (preventive) to 3 sessions (curative) for the same reason, but certain disorders require regular monitoring (arthritis, convalescence or accident).

A treatment/therapy can only be successful if the training and training conditions are appropriate. A well thought-out and coordinated training plan is essential for mastering sporting challenges. Only if the therapy and the training plan are coordinated with each other can fitness and coordination be developed significantly.
